Strategic Plan Overview
Formed out of several service organizations, the Aurora Regional Economic Alliance (Aurora Alliance) was conceived as a unified entity to foster business success and long-term economic growth in the Aurora region. The Aurora Alliance partnered with TIP Strategies to gather feedback and input from local stakeholders—business owners, community leaders, educators, and Aurora Alliance staff—to build a strategic plan that will guide us through meaningful work supporting businesses and entrepreneurs across the Aurora region. Based in transparency, a future-focused vision, inclusivity, and collaboration, the plan serves as a roadmap for promoting economic prosperity and positioning the Aurora region to have a stronger, more successful business future.
